Return Policy
Thank you for purchasing from Niamh Simpson Design! We hope you’re happy with your purchase but if there is a problem with your order you can return it to us for a full refund or exchange.
All returns must be postmarked within 31 days of the purchase date. All items must be in new and unused condition – damaged items cannot be refunded. In addition to this, please send us a copy of your confirmation of purchase email at niamhsimpsondesign@gmail.com as proof of purchase.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow 2-3 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
